Best practices provide blueprint for success with fast-evolving advanced component challenges.
February 2, 2016 – On Friday, February 12, Denis Barbini, PhD, Associate Director of Universal Instruments’ Advanced Process Lab (APL) will deliver a one-day session entitled ““Enabling Implementation of Advanced Technologies” at the Michigan Advanced SMT Chapter Tutorial Program & Member Appreciation Event. Developed by the APL, the data-driven seminar will reference case studies performed by the APL, and will examine the tools and considerations necessary to successfully integrate advanced packaging designs into product assemblies.
The event is one in a series of SMTA Chapter Tutorial Programs (CTP’s), which are one-day technical events hosted by local SMTA chapters and featuring a single instructor on a topic that is suited to that particular region. The purpose is to address the latest information or most recent issues on a specific technology.
Universal’s APL offers comprehensive research, analytical and advanced assembly services which enable manufacturers to realize rapid product introduction, maximize yield and optimize reliability.
